Abstract
Short introduction and aim of questionnaire: Secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) is a common and complex condition in patients with chronic kidney disease, often requiring surgical intervention as disease progresses. Clinical practices regarding referral timing, biochemical thresholds, and operative strategies vary significantly worldwide.
This survey seeks to capture current institutional protocols, decision-making patterns, and surgical approaches for SHPT. management. The findings will help identify gaps between practices.
