Abstract

The invention applies to medicine, particularly to the reconstructive microsurgery.
Artificial model of the thumb made from silicone and polyurethane materials and consist of metatarsal bone, arthrodesis place, carpometacarpal joint, base phalange, middle phalange, proximal phalange, flexor tendon, extensor tendon tunel, moving joints, artificial skin, fixator and tray. Invented model allows to evaluate the first finger joints functions such as flexion, extension and in the same time to established maximal tension force for the flexor tendons and ligament structures witch also take part in thumbs movements before second toe‑to hand with metatarsophalangeal joint transplantation in thumb hypoplasia patients.
