Abstract

Physical activity is a key factor in maintaining and improving human health, positively impacting the functioning of the cardiovascular, respiratory, nervous, and endocrine systems. The level of physical activity depends on numerous factors, including genetic, socio-economic, environmental, and personal influences. Understanding these factors is essential for developing effective programs to promote an active lifestyle that supports the harmonious development of the individual. External factors, such as the environment, urbanization, and access to sports infrastructure, significantly influence physical activity levels. Insufficient promotion of active lifestyles and challenges related to infrastructure may act as deterrents. The main aspects of physical activity encompass physiological, psychological, and social components. The physiological aspect includes energy metabolism, weight regulation, and endurance development. These factors collectively contribute to the harmonious development of the body and enhance its adaptive capacity. The physiological health aspect involves the functioning of all organs and systems, including the nervous, endocrine, cardiovascular, and respiratory systems, which are essential for optimal body function. Internal (endogenous) factors, including genetic, metabolic, hormonal, and neurophysiological processes, also play a crucial role in overall health. The psychological aspect of physical activity encompasses emotional stability, motivation, and cognitive functions. Physical activity has a positive impact on reducing stress, enhancing mood, improving self-esteem, and developing cognitive abilities. The social aspect of physical activity includes collective interaction, participation in team sports, and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle through joint training and competitions. External factors that influence physical activity include environmental (climatic conditions, environmental quality), socio-economic (access to sports infrastructure, economic status), cultural (traditions, sports promotion via media),
