Abstract

Employment legal relationships encompass both the necessity of ensuring the protection of employees’ interests
and fundamental rights, as well as safeguarding the interests of employers. While within the framework of
employment legal relationships it is generally considered that the employee is in a less protected position,
it is crucial to ensure a balance between the rights of the employee and the employer, including in cases of
termination of employment legal relationship.
