Abstract
This article explores innovative teaching strategies, focusing on the impact of differentiation and collaboration
in the education of music and dance teachers. Methods: literature analysis, observation, open questionnaires,
and descriptive experiments. Pedagogical technologies facilitate the communication of lecture material, acting
almost as an extension of human perception, thus supporting a differentiated teaching environment. Throughout the 2021/2022 academic year, 24 students participated in activities designed to foster individual learning
processes, social cohesion, and mutual respect. This research highlights the effectiveness of employing a variety
of activities, providing choices in work forms, and incorporating regular reflection and self-evaluation in each
lecture. The results confirmed that reciprocal collaboration and the unity of theory and practice resonate with
students, promote an individualised approach, and encourage the freedom of choice in learning tasks. These
findings underscore the importance of tailored teaching strategies that cater to the unique needs of future music
and dance educators.
