Abstract
Two instances of data have been updated in Table 2 (Page 8) of the publication, following an amendment in the Clinical Study Report. Asthma (severe exacerbation) data in the column of IND/GLY/MF high-dose o.d. (N = 476) changed from 2 (0.4) to 3 (0.6) and added data on Supraventricular tachycardia: IND/GLY/MF medium-dose o.d., 0; IND/GLY/MF high-dose o.d., 1 (0.2); SAL/FLU high-dose b. i.d.+TIO o. d. 0. This update to the safety section/table does not affect the overall results and conclusion presented in this publication.
