Abstract
The task of body exercises is to harden an individual physically and mentally to be able to struggle in life, as well as to give him the necessary joy in life. There are a lot of body exercises, but considering the purpose of education we may prefer the contests and competitions where one athlete competes against another, as martial arts are the competitions that follow a noble and useful aim – to train oneself to be able to protest himself, as well as his nation.
The sport development level today increases the top athlete preparation requirements.the preparation system can be directed using optimisation in education, training and athlete technical proficiency development methodology (Пархомович, 1993).
Studying the literature we concluded that practically there is no literature about the changes of the technical elements (arsenal) used in judo competitions, as well as about top judokas differences in general and according to weight categories. There were comparatively few sources concerning the characterisations of technical proficiency model components and their differences.
The investigation of the technical elements used in competitions will help to determine the level of technical preparation in the World Championship 2005 in general and for every athlete separately, and it will also allow compare and state the direction of technical proficiency and the development tendencies. This information will be useful for judo specialists to correct the preparation of top class judokas for the International level competitions.
