Abstract

An invention relates to biotechnology, food and pharmaceutical manufacturing and is based on production of biologically active substances and preparations from Lactobacillus helveticus. The invention is to develop a composition of glycopeptides from Lactobacillus helveticus. The composition contains amino acids alanine,
glutamine, asparagine and lysine as well as disaccharide. The composition is obtained by hydrolysis of Lactobacillus helveticus cells and precipitation under given conditions.
