Abstract
The individualization of the training process based on biomechanical and physiological indicators is one of the key directions in the development of modern sports science. Its implementation contributes to more precise management of training loads, enhances the effectiveness of athlete preparation, and ensures their health preservation. Systematized research in this area is aimed at improving methods of data collection and analysis, integrating various sources of information, and developing practical recommendations for coaches and athletes.
