Abstract
Collective monograph the team of authors was able just covered mere parts of problems of law in information society, because new challenges appear every day. There fore the title of the book is " Introduction to information society law. This monograph is unique contribution by Latvian law researchers. Content of the book are based on analysis of an international and national law, case law, and extensive sources of literature on problems related to protecting the rights and legitimate interests of individuals in cyberspace.
