Abstract
The invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to the production of pure plasmid
DNA, which can be used in the analysis of DNA methylation. Obtaining pure plasmid DNA includes precipitationof a bacterial culture Escherichia coli, resuspension of the sediment, preparation of an alkaline lysate, neutralization of an alkaline lysate, separation of cell debris, binding of plasmid DNA, washing of plasmid DNA with a buffer, and elution of plasmid DNA.
