Abstract
Invention relates to reconstructive microsurgery of the first finger in case of severe congenital thumb hypoplasia or aplasia and can be used for dynamical evaluation of the reconstructed thumb. The method allows to detect externally the effectiveness of the tissue functions in metacarpophalangeal joint of the flexor contracture after long term first finger reconstruction of the severe congenital hypoplasia or aplasia in pediatric patients.
