Abstract

Phacocele, characterised by the displacement of the crystalline lens into the subconjunctival space, is an uncommon complication of blunt eye trauma. Literature and documented cases are scarce. Treatment involves surgical intervention, such as wound exploration, lens removal, and vitrectomy.
