HIV infection in foetuses during the first six months of pregnancy. The method provides for detection of TNFα, IL2, IL4, IL12β, IL10, INFɣ mutations in mother blood leukocytes and measuring level of IL2, IL12 cytokines in peripherial blood serum of pregnant HIV infected mother.
