Abstract
The new Code of Ethics for Social Workers, which was approved by the Latvian Social Workers Association on May 28, 2022, includes new Standards regarding the institution and relations with management. In the article, the author provides an explanation of the content and application of these standards, as well as about solving possible dilemmas with the Social work standards for cooperation with colleagues and managers.
