Abstract

A method for determining the sensitivity of the center regulating the function of blood circulation to hypercapnia was developed. Being absolutely safe, the method is suitable for complex investigations of the functional state of athletes. Three types of sensitivity - hypersensitive, normal, and hyposensitive - are suggested to be discriminated.
